Clear Aligners™ (Invisible braces)
Clear Aligners are a series of clear positioning trays, which gently guide your teeth from their present to the desired aesthetic and functional position. Clear Aligners exert gentle pressure upon the tooth/teeth in the direction in which you'd like them to move. Clear Aligners are not visible, are wire free and do away with the need to bond braces onto the teeth. Depending on how complex your case is, Clear Aligners can be used in most cases. The duration of your treatment will vary according to the difficulty of your case.

Fixed Braces
Fixed appliances are the most commonly used braces today, because they allow accurate positioning of the teeth.

The braces are securely fixed onto the teeth and cannot be removed by the patient. We offer various systems ranging from the standard metal brackets to clear or aesthetic brackets, which are placed on the outside surfaces of the teeth.

Fixed braces are available with clear brackets, dramatically reducing the visibility of fixed braces. These are placed on the outside surfaces of the teeth in conjunction with aesthetic wires. This brace is particularly popular with adults, where aesthetics are of the utmost importance.

Invisible fixed (lingual) braces
We also offer fixed braces that can be placed on the inside (lingual) surfaces of the teeth. This type of brace is custom-made for the patient and is made from either gold or metal. They provide optimum aesthetics as they are not visible on the teeth and also maintain reliable and accurate tooth positioning hence enabling efficient tooth movement. Like conventional fixed braces placed on the outside of the teeth they are securely fixed to the teeth and cannot be removed by the patient. This type of brace is suitable for all age groups.

Removable Braces
Simple treatment may be carried out with a removable appliance (a plate that can be taken out to be cleaned).

Removable braces have delicate wires and springs attached, which move the teeth using gentle pressure. In growing children removable braces are sometimes used to modify the growth of the jaws into a more favourable position.
